Our Shipping Policy
Since all of our products are custom-made specifically for you, our shipping process involves two distinct phases:
Phase 1: Order Production (Processing Time)

Definition: This is the time it takes to create, quality check, and package your custom order.

Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Note: Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, major sales), production may take slightly longer.
Phase 2: Shipping & Delivery (Transit Time)

Definition: This is the time it takes for the order to travel from our print partner's facility to your door once production is complete.

Domestic (US) Shipping: Transit time typically takes 3–5 business days.

International Shipping: Transit time typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of the items in your order. We offer several shipping rates which will be presented before you finalize your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
C-Plane Technologies LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order from the Bortle 1 store. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Handling Missing or Lost Packages

If the tracking shows the order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local postal office first.

If your package has not updated tracking for 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) from the last scanned date, please contact us at service@c-plane.com. We will work with our print partners to verify the shipment status and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
