Our Return and Refund Policy
Please review our policy carefully, as all purchases made through our store are subject to these terms.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand (POD) business model, where all products are custom-made specifically for you immediately after an order is placed, and because we do not operate a physical warehouse to process and store returns, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly work with you to find a resolution under the following strict conditions:

Damaged Product: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or broken.

Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong size, color, or a completely different item than what you ordered.

Missing Order: If tracking information confirms the package was lost in transit.
How to Report an Issue:

You must contact us at service@c-plane.com within 7-14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Your Order Number

A clear description of the issue.

High-quality photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. For incorrect items, photos of the item's tag/size label are required
Note on Photographic Evidence: This evidence is crucial and allows us to file a claim with our POD suppliers and quality assurance team to arrange a replacement. Without it, we cannot process a resolution.
Non-Refundable Situations (No Exceptions)
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:

Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after the order has been produced.

Incorrect Sizing Ordered by Customer: Please check our size charts carefully before purchasing.

Address Errors: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

Color Discrepancies: Minor color variations between the image on your monitor/phone and the physical product due to monitor display differences.
Replacements
If your claim is approved based on the exceptions above, we will initiate a replacement order for the same product, size, and design. We do not offer monetary refunds for these issues, only replacements.
